We are currently seeking a skilled BIM Manager for a reputable company in the building services sector. This is an exciting opportunity for a talented individual with a strong background in Revit MEP and ISO 19650 standards to join an expanding team.

The ideal BIM Manager will:

  • Must be a British citizen or hold valid working rights in the UK
  • A technical qualification, ideally a university degree or diploma
  • Essential experience includes:
    • At least 5 years of experience with Revit MEP
    • Expertise in COBie data implementation for MEP systems
    • Strong working knowledge of ISO 19650
    • Proven ability in implementing ISO 19650 standards
    • Experience in obtaining BIM certification to ISO 19650 standards

Job responsibilities will include:

  • Managing team resources to ensure project deadlines are met
  • Implementing and maintaining ISO 19650 standards at BIM Stage 2 across all projects
  • Identifying development needs for the Revit team and coordinating relevant training
  • Developing and managing specific Revit templates and libraries
  • Organizing internal BIM-related training sessions
  • Overseeing BIM software licenses and negotiating competitive renewal rates with suppliers
  • Researching new BIM-related software and procedures
  • Keeping senior leadership informed of industry trends, best practices, and software advancements
  • Reviewing Employer's Information Requirements and BIM Execution Plans, ensuring compliance
  • Collaborating closely with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients
