- Hybrid role, working 3 days in the office and 2 from home, Monday-Friday 9am-5.30pm

- Communicating with business customers by telephone and email
- Liaising with customers and internal teams to ensure projects are co-ordinated to deadlines
- Updating various reports using MS Word and Excel, as well as using in-house systems
- Providing the highest level of customer service
- Attending meetings when fully trained, supported by senior team members
- Enjoy speaking with clients over the telephone and via email
- Have some experience working in a busy project-orientated environment
- Have high attention to detail
- Have excellent IT skills, especially using MS Word and Excel.
