You will be maintaining the schools' high standards of behaviour when teacher colleagues are absent.

Main Responsibilities of the Cover Supervisor:
- Manage classroom behaviour to ensure students are engaged in a constructive learning environment.
- Supervise work set by subject teachers.
- Act as a role model and develop productive working relationships with students.
- Demonstrate a commitment to safeguarding and the health and safety of students.
Ideal Cover Supervisor Will Have:
- Previous experience working in a school setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- The ability to manage challenging behaviour and maintain a positive learning environment.
