Pay: 95-110 per day (depending on experience)

About the Role
As a Cover Supervisor, you will:
- Supervise classes during teacher absences, ensuring students stay on task.
- Deliver pre-prepared work and manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies.
- Offer guidance and support to students when needed.
- Work collaboratively with teaching staff to ensure smooth handovers and continuity of lessons.
- Act as a positive role model, fostering a respectful and focused learning atmosphere.
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience working with young people in a school or similar setting (desirable but not essential).
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- Confidence in managing classroom behaviour and engaging students effectively.
