Pay: 95-110 per day (depending on experience)

As a Cover Supervisor, you will:

• Supervise classes during teacher absences, ensuring students stay on task.
• Deliver pre-prepared work and manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies.
• Offer guidance and support to students when needed.
• Work collaboratively with teaching staff to ensure smooth handovers and continuity of lessons.
• Act as a positive role model, fostering a respectful and focused learning atmosphere.

• Previous experience working with young people in a school or similar setting (desirable but not essential).
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Confidence in managing classroom behaviour and engaging students effectively.
• A flexible and proactive approach, with a commitment to supporting student success.

• Competitive daily rates of 95-110, depending on experience.
