Head of Operations - Independent Prep School.

Location: St Alban's

Salary: £45-55k (Based on Experience)

Our client, a leading Independent Prep School in St Albans, is looking for a highly engaged and experienced Head of Operations to join the school from November.

Reporting to the Bursar, the role of the Head of Operations is to ensure efficient and effective practices are in place to make the school a safe environment for pupils, staff and visitors. The Head of Operations will be responsible for ensuring the effective management of the school's operational services (non-teaching), and that school policies and practices are fit for purpose and consistent with the regulatory framework for Independent Schools. This broad role encompasses Health and Safety, catering services (outsourced), cleaning and housekeeping, school transportation, on-site medical provision, holiday clubs, external lettings and compliance.

This is a full-term, year-round role and the school offer a competitive salary along with other benefits for their staff.
