Daniel Owen agency are looking for Help Desk Co-Ordinators, within the St Albans area, to start immediately.

In order to be successful in this position, you must have previous experience as a Help Desk Co-Ordinator.

The working days / hours is Monday - Friday, 08:30 - 17:30, with the potential of working additional hours, depending on the workload.

Requirements / Skills:

* GCSE's or equivalent - Grade C in English and Maths products and services
* Good planning and organisation skills and the ability to prioritise own workload efficiently
* Understanding of FM business or the willingness to learn

* Excellent telephone manner
* Strong communication skills
* Working knowledge of MS Office including Excel & Outlook

Key Responsibilities:

* First point of contact for incoming telephone calls and service request received by telephone and email
* Sort and dispatch calls to engineers or sub-contractors based on the correct skills set, geographical location and service delivery arrangements.
* Prioritise urgent jobs and plan and dispatch operative/sub-contract support to address urgent demand.
* have a proven track record in Facilities Management within an administration/helpdesk role and a strong CAFM system knowledge.
* Attend training and Health and Safety courses from time to time as directed by the Contracts Manager.
