We are recruiting for an Internal Sales Executive to join an established and forward-thinking logistics company in St Albans.
Working in a close-knit team, the successful candidate will proactively build on and nurture existing client relationships to maximise the potential.

Key Responsibilities
- Maximises the potential of new and existing clients, principally through outbound verbal engagement.
- Builds strong personal relationships with new and existing clientsÂ
- Negotiates with clients and suppliers
- Submits quotes and converts
- Talking clients through the administrative requirements of shipping
- Account management
- Attends and participates in Sales meetings
- Attends meetings via Zoom or face to face if circumstances permit with key accounts
What the client is looking for:
- Customer service or operations experience
- Experience of negotiating with clients and or suppliers
- A Friendly telephone manner.
- An energetic, enthusiastic personality.
- Strong negotiating skills.
- Good attention to detail.
- A positive attitude and desire to succeed.
