Town & Country Cleaners are looking to appoint a full-time mobile cleaner to work around the St Albans and Hemel Hempstead area.
This is a permanent position of 40 hours per week Monday to Friday with the possibility of some overtime. This position involves cleaning communal areas to blocks of flats.
A company van is provided so a full UK drivers licence must be held.
You will be paid 978.20 fortnightly.
- Ability to work alone but with other team members on occasions
- Must be self-reliant and self-motivated
- Cleaning experience preferred but not essential as training will be given
- Ability to work in properties with people in residence
- Company pension scheme and all statutory benefits
Qualifications / Training:
- Prior knowledge of cleaning would be an advantage but not essential
- Knowledge / understanding of Health & Safety would be an advantage but not essential
- Ability to work to a consistent high standard and to follow a defined specification of works
- Ability to be adaptable when requirements change from time to time
Please note that an enhanced DBS will need to be processed and to come back clear in order to start. The full costs of this will be met by the company. Unfortunately, due to overseas checks that we need to carry out, we do require somebody who has either resided in the UK for the past 5 years or somebody who has an in date overseas check.
