Looking to recruit a Multi Skilled Carpenter to join a leading Property Services Company to undertake Repairs and Maintenance works around St Albans areas

Responsibilities:

  • Carry out responsive and planned repairs to both occupied and void properties
  • Undertake a variety of trade repairs and maintenance work to include carpentry/joinery, remedial plumbing, tiling, external fencing etc within a social housing setting
  • working efficiently and safety in line with best practise to achieve excellent customer experience

Requirements:

  • Full UK driving licence as company van will be provided
  • NVQ 2 or equivalent in a relevant trade
  • Strong Health and Safety knowledge
  • Experience of working in both occupied and void properties
