My client, a top law firm in the Hertfordshire area, are currently on the hunt to hire a Private Client Paralegal/Secretary to join their rapidly growing team and business.
The successful candidate will have proven experience in a similar support role and will have experience progressing client files and providing secretarial and admin support to the wider department.
Key Responsibilities
- Progressing client files under team leaderships instruction and support with the drafting of Wills
- Answer telephone queries on behalf of the team and greet any walk-in clients
- Undergo audio-typing duties on behalf of fee earners within the team
- Maintaining allocated cases to a certain standard, making sure everything is kept up to date
- General administration for the team
- Previous secretarial/assistant/paralegal experience is a must
- Experience progressing client files
- Private client experience is highly desirable, but not essential
- Highly organised
- Excellent communications skills, written and verbal
- High kevel of professionalism

- St Albans, Hertfordshire potential hybrid after probation
- Monday Friday, 9am 5:15pm
- Free parking
- 25 days holiday plus bank holiday
