Key Responsibilities of the successful Repair Coordinator:

  • Schedule and coordinate routine and emergency repair activities.
  • Communicate with clients to arrange service appointments and address inquiries.
  • Maintain accurate records of repair activities, parts inventory, and service reports.
  • Liaise with technicians to ensure timely completion of repair tasks.
  • Monitor and manage repair schedules to ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
  • Provide administrative support to the repair team, including processing work orders and managing documentation.

Requirements of the successful Repair Coordinator:

  • Proven experience in a coordination or administrative role.
  • Past experience in the lift industry.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
