Do you have the strategic vision, analytical skills, and interpersonal ability to shape the future of reward strategies and wellbeing programs across the UK and Ireland? What You’ll Do:

  • Drive the design, deployment, and management of UK & Ireland-specific reward policies, sales incentives, and retention programs.
  • Monitor and analyse UK & Ireland market trends to develop competitive reward strategies.
  • Implement company benefits programs, manage wellbeing initiatives, and enhance their benefits portfolio.
  • Serve as the go-to expert on reward topics, supporting DEI initiatives and training stakeholders across the business.
  • Contribute to reward digitalisation efforts and use analytics to drive data-backed reward insights.
  • Handle reward and benefits administration, ensuring adherence to UK&I labour laws and compliance across reward and wellbeing programs.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven expertise in Total Reward management, with a strong knowledge of the UK market.
  • Proficiency in benefits program design, reward strategy, and administration.
  • Excellent communication, training, and presentation skills to clearly convey reward information to diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong MS Excel and PowerPoint skills, as well as familiarity with job evaluation methodologies (ideally HAY).
  • Understanding of UK & Ireland labour laws, budgeting, and project management.
  • Experience with expat management and M&A reward programs is a plus!
