Are you ready to elevate your career in the dynamic building and construction industry? Our client, is on the lookout for a dedicated Sales Administrator to join their vibrant team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional service to customers.

Role Summary:

  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm (60-minute break)
  • Engage with customers over the phone and via Salesforce, our clients CRM platform.
  • Promote the benefits of our client's services to entice new customers with exclusive deals.
  • Provide anticipatory solutions by listening and understanding customer needs.
  • Go the extra mile to impress customers and ensure timely delivery (OTIF).

Desired Candidates skillset Required:

  • Strong commercial awareness and ideally have previous knowledge of the flooring and wholesale industry.
  • Proven experience in delivering excellent customer service.
  • Confident in using IT/ computer-based systems.
  • Adaptability in communication and relationship building.
  • Self-motivated, resilient, and tenacious in achieving goals.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and autonomously.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and service excellence.
