Working hours: 

  • Monday to Friday
  • 08:30 to 18:00

The successful Sales Progressor will be offered:

  • Up to £28,000 basic salary

Sales Progressor requirements: 

  • Proven track record in sales progression or a conveyancing background
  • Be a team player 
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Manage own workload effectively 
  • Ability to manage expectations from the start of the process
  • UK driving license and access to own car 

Key tasks for the Sales Progressor role will include, but will not be limited to:

  • Progress sales effectively through the pipeline.
  • Managing a pipeline of 60+ properties
  • Manage and track multiple cases at a time.
  • Achieve monthly expectations 
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction to meet commission targets.
  • Contribute positively to the team and company culture.
