A well-respected and well-established company based in St Albans are looking for a Scheduling Administrator to join their friendly and close-knit Planned Preventative Maintenance team.

This is a busy and fast paced position that offers great training and progression opportunities!

You will be responsible for managing jobs, prioritising and dealing with them from start to finish!

What’s in it for you?

Key responsibilities:

·         First point of contact for incoming telephone calls and services requests received by telephone and email.

·         Working with live reporting system ensuring all assigned jobs are started and completed within the contract SLA

·         Sort and dispatch calls to engineers or sub-contractors based on the correct skills set, geographical location and service delivery arrangements

·         Prioritise urgent jobs and plan and dispatch operative/sub-contract support to address urgent demand.

·         Attend training and Health and Safety courses from time to time as directed by the Contracts Manager

What the client are looking for:

·         At least 2 years in a similar position, ideally able to demonstrate knowledge in the facilities/construction field.

·         Confident on the phone with engineers and subcontractors

·         Focused – being aware of all jobs that are taking place and monitoring them so nothing slips through the net!

·         Calm under pressure

·         Logical planning

·         Organised
