This is the ideal role for a Diploma Qualified Paraplanner looking to progress in their career and take on a client-facing role with exposure to complex financial planning cases.

The firm, with over 40 years of success, provides independent financial planning and prides itself on high standards of professionalism and integrity. Due to continued growth, they are looking for a Senior Paraplanner to work closely with a Senior Financial Planner, providing support in delivering high-quality financial advice to their clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client-Facing Role: Work closely with a Senior Financial Planner, attending client meetings and helping to develop bespoke financial plans.
  • Financial Plan Development: Review client information, conduct research, and compile supporting documentation for advice.
  • Cashflow Modelling: Use lifetime cashflow modelling to create comprehensive and tailored financial plans.
  • Technical Analysis: Take full responsibility for the analysis of clients’ needs, researching suitable solutions, and writing compliant recommendations.
  • Professional Growth: Continue to develop your paraplanning expertise with support to progress towards Chartered Status.

Key Requirements:

  • Diploma in Financial Planning (Level 4) - essential
  • At least 2 years of paraplanning experience
  • Strong technical knowledge and a desire to work closely with clients and advisers.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to manage client relationships.
  • A proactive approach to learning and career development.
