This Ofsted rated Good school occupies a spacious site on the southern edge of the City of St Albans for ages 11 - 18.
They are an oversubscribed school of 1150 students in KS3, KS4 and with a growing post 16 provision working within the Alban Learning Partners consortium including Loreto, STAGS, Townsend and Samuel Ryder. The school is exceptionally proud of its post 16 provision which is inclusive and whose value added puts them very firmly in the top 25% of schools nationally.

The school's behaviour policy gives an emphasis to positive reward as well as sanctions, and operate in a calm environment, the Head is very clear that there is no shouting. They also work closely with the parents of our students and communicate school news to parents weekly via the school newsletter.
