We are looking for a strong confident administrator with an interest in HR, recruitment, and training admin/processes.

Key Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for queries from the Early Talent client group. Provides information relating to HR policy or escalates to Early Talent Advisor as appropriate
- Handles training requests and exam bookings as required to ensure they are logged and booked correctly
- Produces training agreements for employees
- Keeping training logs updated for study and exam dates and pathways
- Tracks study schedules and exam results/progress, ensuring exam successes are shared on SharePoint
- Support the training budget process
- Familiarise self with professional qualifications and pathways
- Schedules and assists in the coordination of assessment days, apprentice recruitment and careers fair campaigns
- Schedules and administrates induction programmes for graduate cohorts and apprentices, liaising with managers and HR team
- Ensures apprentices have completed the relevant enrolment forms prior to studies commencing
- Liaises with Kaplan and other training providers as required
What the employer is looking for:
- 1 years + administration experience ideally within HR
- Educated to degree level or equivalent
- CIPD Level 3 is desirable
- Able to deal confidently and effectively with employees and partners
- Organised, able to multitask and meet deadlines calmly
- Strong written and oral communication skills are essential
- Excellent attention to detail and a strong team player
- Hands on, flexible and proactive
- Confident with MS Excel
- Has a ‘can do’ attitude
