The salary for this position is competitive, and candidates are expected to have a minimum of two years of relevant experience.

As an HR Advisor who is enthusiastic and proactive with regards to Employee Relations, you'll play a key role in supporting the managers with regards to HR and ER issues

Key Responsibilities:

· Hold HR upskilling sessions to support staff.

· Developing and implementing workshops for Managers

· Supporting performance processes, and assist managers in employee development plans

· Overseeing policies such as absences, maternity, paternity, shared parental leave, pension’s queries, flexible working etc.

About you

· Experience in providing ER advice

· Relevant HR qualification

· The ability to maintain confidentiality and trust of employees

· Strong communicator with proven customer service skills

· Experience using Word, Outlook and Excel

· The ability to critically analyse and review masses of data

· Experience in identifying trends and analysis

· Experience in using corporate systems
