Do you have experience within HR working with projects alongside management and staff?
Are you used to being compliant with legislation, policies and procedures? Attending meetings with relevant managers with a clear understanding of current problems in the HR sector?
You will be providing solutions for people related problems, acting swiftly to put things in place and supporting ongoing organisation changes.
Do you like working with Directors? This is an important role and needs someone who is capable, competent with internal developments, career development, employee relations with case work and the general HR procedures of discipline, grievance, redundancy, redeployment, absence and other HR matters
You will be Instigating problems, liaising with trade unions on employee relations matters, co- ordinating documentation and leading on implementation of people management aspects of organisational change.
There might be some restructures, participating in training courses across the board.
You will be managing absence, addressing performance issues etc and providing feedback to the HR Manager and Executive Director of People and Culture.
Some other duties might be contributing to the development of new or revised policies, helping with staff development and training activities and generally keeping up to date with current legislation
Are you qualified to CIPD Level 5 or over, or have an HR Degree? Have you been an HR Business Partner before or have knowledge in managing complex casework ï‚·
You must be a team player with a positive, drive and enthusiasm, proactively minded and good with communication. Sound multi-tasker with organisational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a complex and dynamic environment, so a strong yet professional approach is essential, with a smart appearance and a good command of the English Language, both written and spoken.
