Location: Hybrid (Brentford Based)

Understanding Solutions are looking for a Lead Mobile Engineer to drive the development of their customers new cross-platform mobile app. This critical project will open to enable their customers to have the the best app experience possible for repeat use and ease of use. There will be a number of enhancments needed to assist their customers journey.
What You'll Do:
- Build a high-performing mobile app using Capacitor by Ionic and Vue.js for the frontend.
- Integrate pre-existing APIs to deliver seamless functionality.
- Optimize performance across iOS, Android, and PWA platforms.
- Collaborate with backend engineers working in Kotlin to ensure data flow stability.
- Lead technical execution while adhering to tight deadlines
Experience Needed:
- Extensive experience building cross-platform apps using Capacitor and Vue.js.
- Strong understanding of backend integration with APIs, ideally using Kotlin.
- Proven ability to deliver complex mobile applications on time and within budget.
- Familiarity with payment systems and data tracking features is a plus.
- Comfortable managing tight timelines and providing leadership to technical teams.
