A professional and industry leading provider of Legionella Management services in the South East are now seeking to take on a Legionella Risk Assessor / Remedial Plumber. This role would suit someone who has experience carrying out both Legionella Risk Assessments on hot and cold-water systems and Remedial Plumbing across Leisure, Healthcare, Food and Beverage, and Health & Social Care sites. Experience & Qualifications:
" Will have experience working for an established Legionella Management company, working hands on as a Legionella Risk Assessor / Remedial Plumber.
" Will hold the City and Guilds / WMSoc in Legionella risk assessment alongside the City and Guilds / NVQ L2 or higher in Plumbing.
" Excellent communication skills.
" Able to produce detailed reports based on site finding alongside creating / amending schematic drawings.
" Excellent practical knowledge of HSG 274 / ACoP L8 guidelines.
" Able to organise work load in line with company and client needs.

The Role:
" Working on both hot and cold-water systems to carry out Legionella Risk Assessments in line with client requirements.
" Gathering information from site to produce detailed legionella reports.
" Creating legionella management plans to prevent the risk of legionnaires disease, ensuring clients are aware of the measures that need to be taken.
" Creating site specific schematic drawings.
" Amending schematic drawings when required.
" Undertaking deadleg removals.
" Removing, replacing, and resourcing of both copper and PVC pipework.
" CWST refurbishments and installs.
" Carrying out inspections of plumbing work and signing off when completed.
" Undertaking fault-finding on site, ensuring to rectify in a timely manner.
" Ensuring all work is carried out in line with HSG 274 / ACoP L8 guidelines.
