Employment Solicitor (3+ PQE) - St Albans An exciting opportunity has arisen for a commercially minded, pragmatic, and client-focused Employment Solicitor to join a thriving and expanding Employment team, based in St Albans.The Role:This role offers the chance to work on a broad spectrum of complex and high-quality employment matters, both contentious and non-contentious, including:

  • Advising SMEs, multinational corporations, and global businesses on all aspects of employment law
  • Representing senior executives and employees in potential claims and settlement agreements
  • Managing Employment Tribunal claims, disciplinary and grievance matters, and restrictive covenant disputes
  • Providing HR advisory support on contracts, handbooks, policies, and TUPE matters

  • 3+ PQE, with strong training and experience in employment law
  • The ability to manage high-pressure and fast-paced work, while maintaining a calm and client-focused approach
