Job Title: Employment Solicitor

Location: St Albans

A highly regarded Legal 500 firm is looking to hire a Solicitor to join its successful Employment team. You will be an ambitious Employment Solicitor with 4+ years PQE. You will have solid experience in both contentious and non-contentious employment matters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Advising a wide range of clients, including SMEs, multinational corporations and global businesses on complex employment law matters
  • Managing contentious matters, including handling employment tribunal claims for employers and employees
  • Supporting clients with contracts, handbooks, policies, and procedures, as well as advising on TUPE processes
  • Providing expert advice on potential claims and settlement agreements

Skills & Experience:

  • Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with a minimum of 4 years’ PQE
  • Experience in contentious and non-contentious respondent matters 
  • Proven business development skills
