What You’ll Be Doing
- Autonomy & Leadership: Take full control of your caseload while shaping the direction of the Family & Children Law Department.
- Client-Focused Excellence: Lead a high-quality legal service that prioritises client care and achieves outstanding results.
- Professional Development: Stay ahead of legal trends, particularly in Child and Family law, with opportunities for growth and gaining further Resolution Accreditation.
- Department Growth: Build and maintain client relationships, contribute to firm growth, and create a strong team environment.
About You
- Experienced and Passionate: You are a qualified solicitor with 10+ years of PQE in Family Law, ready to take on a leadership role.
- Client-Focused: You thrive on providing excellent client service and have a track record of success in Family and Children Law.
- Self-Motivated: You’re disciplined, proactive, and hungry for professional development, bringing fresh energy and perspective to your work.

Salary: £60,000 per annum + benefitsHolidays: Standard, plus bank holidays, with additional days at the company’s discretionStart Date: ASAP
