My client is looking for an outstanding Family Solicitor to join their team in St Albans, Hertfordshire.

You should have experience of dealing with a full range of private family matters including divorce and financial provision, children, nuptial agreements and cohabitation disputes.

Attention to detail is paramount and you must be passionate about going the extra mile for your clients.

A genuine interest in business development, along with some experience of this would be beneficial.

You will have the opportunity to work alongside the Team Leader/Partner to help map out the future of our new team.

Requirements

• Family experience: Minimum 3+ year PQE• Good client care skills, provide professional and competent legal advice in accordance with SRA Code of conduct• Strong IT skills• Effective business development skills with proven marketing strategies• Capability to generate fees in accordance with agreed targets• Proven experience of handling own caseload• Ability to adhere to and manage deadlines• Good drafting and writing skills, excellent communication and technical ability
