We are looking for a NQ-2 PQE Family Solicitor to join a friendly and supportive Legal 500 firm in Hertfordshire.
The position is with a law firm which has been established in the area for well over 100 years and runs one of the strongest full service legal practices in the region while working on top-end London quality cases. It has never been a better time to join them as they continue to go from strength to strength. Many solicitors at the firm have been there for over 10 years, and the training & market knowledge you will be exposed to are second to none in a firm which very rarely loses staff to its competitors.
Working closely with Legal 500 ranked family law team, you will be playing a key role in the firm's continued expansion, working closely with high-net-worth (HNW) clients in an environment with a track record of fostering long term career development in its staff.

Key responsibilities:
- Running a private family caseload of files
- Attending business development events
- Provide professional high-quality service to clients
- Various other related duties
Previous private family law experience is essential for this role, and the following skills is desired:
- Previous experience or interest in business development
- Experience in running your own caseload (not essential)
- Strong communication skills
- Keen eye for detail
