There is excellent flexibility, this role can be done on a hybrid working from home and in office basis, or fully in the office, whatever you prefer.About the roleIn joining our established conveyancing team you will have a varied caseload which covers all aspects of residential conveyancing including, sales, purchases, mortgages and transfers of equity along with the interesting challenges of dealing with properties in rural locations and property work flowing from our private client department.Who you are?As the ideal candidate, you will ideally be a 3 + year PQE solicitor. You will be a competent with a broad range of residential property experience and will be able to progress a diverse range of files confidently. Ideally you will have strong contacts or even a small client following to bring to this client.For this role we are seeking an experienced residential conveyancer with competent legal skills with the ability to confidently deal with a broad caseload including new builds, shared ownership, transfer of parts, lease extensions and more. You will be a people person who has a positive, team-focused approach and will be used to working with case management systems. You will positively enjoy client contact and keeping everyone updated.You will also be a team player with strong communication and organisational skills and will be passionate about providing excellent client service.
