My client is looking for a full-time Residential and Commercial Property Solicitor to join their Property team.This is an opportunity to join a friendly and progressive firm in a role offering scope for career progression and development.Based in Hertfordshire, my client has been serving the people of the area for over fifty years. The firm deals with a range of residential and commercial conveyancing matters including the sale and purchase of properties, remortgaging and the acquisition and disposal of land, plots and units. You will preferably:
  • Be a Solicitor of 5+ years PQE + (or qualification and experience equivalent);
  • Be able to conduct your own matters and supervise the work of paralegals/assistants as necessary;
  • Be a confident communicator, able to build and maintain relationships with clients, agents and colleagues; and
  • Have experience in dealing with CQS and Lexcel as well as Lender Panels and the Land Registry;
They would like the ideal candidate to:
  • Provide the highest level of client care in the management of client matters;
  • Ensure that files are managed effectively;
  • Be enthusiastic, dedicated and flexible; and
  • Be focussed on delivering a high quality and timely service to clients.
Working with this firm:The salary for this position is dependent on experience, with a range from £50k - £75k.They will offer ongoing training and support to develop your career as part of a strong and growing multi-office team.Their offices are friendly, with recent significant investment in modern IT to enable you to work proficiently.
