- Handling freehold and leasehold transactions, including sales, purchases, and remortgages.
- Managing new build purchases and shared ownership transactions.
- Providing expert advice on transfer of equity, lease extensions, and unregistered properties.
- Liaising with mortgage lenders, estate agents, and other third parties to ensure smooth completions.
- Advising on sales, acquisitions, and leases of commercial premises for a range of clients, including landlords, tenants, and investors.
- Managing development projects, including site acquisitions and disposals.
- Handling property finance, including refinancing, secured lending, and asset management.
- Drafting and negotiating complex commercial leases, licenses, and other agreements related to commercial property transactions.
