They are searching for a talented Residential & Commercial Property Solicitor with 3+ years PQE to join their growing and dynamic team.About the Role:As part of this role, you will be managing a diverse range of property transactions for a broad client base, including individuals, businesses, investors, and developers. The work will involve:Residential Property:
  • Handling freehold and leasehold transactions, including sales, purchases, and remortgages.
  • Managing new build purchases and shared ownership transactions.
  • Providing expert advice on transfer of equity, lease extensions, and unregistered properties.
  • Liaising with mortgage lenders, estate agents, and other third parties to ensure smooth completions.
Commercial Property:
  • Advising on sales, acquisitions, and leases of commercial premises for a range of clients, including landlords, tenants, and investors.
  • Managing development projects, including site acquisitions and disposals.
  • Handling property finance, including refinancing, secured lending, and asset management.
  • Drafting and negotiating complex commercial leases, licenses, and other agreements related to commercial property transactions.
