  • Take client instructions and progress matters to completion.
  • Support Fee Earners by managing delegated tasks efficiently.
  • Deliver a courteous and client-focused service.
  • Manage an allocated caseload, ensuring high standards of file management, administration, time recording, and accounting.
  • Identify cross-selling opportunities and refer work to other teams.
  • Attend networking and firm events to build client and intermediary relationships.
  • Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies in your area of expertise.
  • Regularly update knowledge and share expertise with the team and firm.
