Key Responsibilities:

Advising clients on the creation, management, and restructuring of trusts.
Handling a diverse caseload of trust-related matters, including taxation, estate planning, and asset protection.
Working closely with high-net-worth individuals, families, and trustees to deliver tailored legal solutions.
Providing expert guidance on complex trust issues, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
Collaborating with other departments within the firm to offer a comprehensive service to clients.

Requirements:

Qualified Solicitor with at least 8 years PQE in trust law.
Strong understanding of tax implications related to trusts.
Excellent communication and client relationship management skills.
Ability to manage a varied caseload with a high degree of autonomy.
