- Act as first point of contact for any telephone and email enquiries
- Meet and greet walk-in clients on behalf of fee earners
- Maintain fee earners dairies and scheduling appointments into their calendars
- Audio typing
- Maintaining company files, proofreading documentation and writing letters
- General administrator duties
- Secretarial experience in a Law Firm is a must
- Experience supporting Private Client, Property or Litigation teams is a bonus
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
- Fast and accurate typing skills
- Highly organised and strong attention to detail
- £28,000 - £38,000 per annum
- Monday – Friday, 9am – 5:15pm
