  • Hours: Monday - Friday 9am - 5.15pm

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Temporary Residential Conveyancing Paralegal to join our dynamic legal client's team on a Temporary basis. The successful candidate will support the conveyancing solicitors in managing residential property transactions from instruction through to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist solicitors with all aspects of residential conveyancing transactions.
  • Prepare and review legal documents, including contracts, transfer deeds, and mortgage documents.
  • Liaise with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other parties involved in the transaction.
  • Processing TR1 forms
  • Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date client files and records.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory and legal requirements.
  • Provide general administrative support to the conveyancing team.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Conveyancing Paralegal 
  • Understanding of the residential conveyancing process and property law.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Legal qualification or relevant paralegal certification is preferred.
