Legal Assistant - Commercial Property

Your experience working in Commercial Property is highly sought after by our client, who are a dynamic, client-focused legal team? They are seeking a motivated Legal Assistant to support their busy Property Team in providing top-quality legal and administrative assistance. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy being part of a collaborative team, this could be the perfect role for you.

About you:You have a passion for property law and some experience in a legal or administrative role within a Property Department. You’re organised, great at multitasking, and can handle a busy workload with ease. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are key, and you take pride in delivering excellent client service.

What you’ll do:

  • Prepare documents including contracts and leases.
  • Assist with completing transactions and managing client funds.
  • Handle administrative tasks like scheduling meetings, answering calls, and managing diaries.
  • Maintain well-organised, up-to-date client files.
  • Support the team with marketing activities like newsletters and mailshots.

About the role:

You’ll be working closely with solicitors to manage client files, carry out legal research, and draft documents such as contracts and leases. You’ll also be the point of contact for clients, offering courteous and efficient service while ensuring all work meets the highest standards. Accuracy and attention to detail are crucial, whether you're handling property transactions or assisting with billing and client funds.
