Class1 Personnel on behalf of our client, who are leaders in their field, are recruiting on a permanent basis for a Logistics Co-ordinator
Location: St. Albans
Hours: 0700 to 1630 hrs, Mon to Fri
Salary: 26K to 29K depending on experience with quarterly bonus achievable
We are looking for a competent, hard-working, and reliable individual to join our clients existing team.
Roles & Responsibilities for the Logistics Co-ordinator
- Daily Check Reporting & Monitoring
- Defect Reporting & Actioning
- Tacho Digi Downloading - Vehicle & Driver
- Infringement Reporting & E Filing
- HGV & Crafter Vehicle Earnings
- Fully Supporting Logistics Manager in Day-to-Day Tasks
- Planning & Scheduling Vehicle Pmi's, Service's & Mot's
- Liaising with Motus, AGS (Mercedes) Iveco, HTC & VW
- Forklift Truck Maintenance & Repair Scheduling, Locators & Windsor
- Liaising with Forklift Repair Contractors
- Planning & Scheduling Company Car Service, Repairs & MOT's
- Daily monitoring of Logistics Board and input of MOT's, and Services
- Transport & Logistics Invoices, Liaising with Accounts
Requirements & Skills desirable for the Logistics Co-ordinator
- Transport Knowledge & Skills Highly Recommended
- Computer Literate, Skills in Excel & Word, Emails & Scanning
- Creating Electronic Vehicle Folders & Filing
- Driving Licence Required
