Join a leading company in commercial refurbishments across Central London, office is based in Hertfordshire. My client is expanding and looking for a Polish speaking Construction Project Coordinator to enhance the project management team. This role is ideal for someone who is driven, organized, and eager to grow within a Family Run organisation. Full training can be provided. 

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Administrative Support: Assist the business development and leadership teams from pre-construction to construction phases.
  • Order Processing: Manage purchases, track deliveries, and maintain accurate order records.
  • Project Management: Keep project files organized and ensure all documentation is up-to-date and accessible.
  • Collaboration: Support the estimating team in preparing client quotations and tracking project variations.
  • Subcontractor Payments: Handle payments and maintain clear payment schedules.
  • O&M Manuals: Develop Operation and Maintenance manuals and compile essential project documentation.
  • Project Documentation: Assist in preparing monthly progress reports, flow charts, and claims for payment.
  • Client Communication: Maintain clear and prompt communication with clients and stakeholders.
  • Guidance Documents: Update and maintain user guides and training materials.
  • General Admin: Address administrative queries and support a collaborative work environment.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience: Prior experience in construction administration preferred, but not essential as comprehensive training is provided.
  • Skills: Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, ability to prioritise effectively under tight deadlines.
  • Communication: Fluency in Polish is advantageous; excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Software: Proficiency in administrative software and tools.
  • Attitude: Positive, proactive approach with a strong work ethic and eagerness to learn.
