Operations ManagerSt.Albans, with hybrid and site travel£65,000 - £75,000 + Bonus + Mileage + Progression + Further Training & Development + BenefitsThis is an excellent opportunity for an Operations Manager to join a rapidly expanding main contractor that specialises in fitout, refurbishment, and planned maintenance projects. You will be joining a forward-thinking business that is going through a period of high growth.Do you have experience in fit-out/refurbishment in an operations role or similar? Do you want to join a small but growing forward-thinking company that will support your development & career progression?This multi-disciplinary chartered construction company have had massive success in the industry, doubling their turnover year on year. They cover fit-out, refurbishment, and maintenance projects for public and private sector clients. The business has a dynamic and inclusive culture that encourages support, training, and development across all areas. Due to their growing order book, they are looking to bring an Operations Manager into the business to support this next phase of growth.In this role, take operational control of the fit-out, refurbishment, and planned maintenance division of the business. You will oversee a team of Project Managers, and your time will be split between the office, home, and site.The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role working on some form of commercial projects. This would suit someone based commutable distance from Hemel Hempstead, but also happy to travel to sites.This is a fantastic opportunity for a Project Manager to join a rapidly expanding company with an increasing workload, opportunities for new challenges, and career progression alongside a great salary and package.The Role:
