On behalf of our client, we are seeking an experienced and motivated Operations Manager to drive growth and expand their market presence.

- 50,000 - 55,000 basic salary

Operations Manager
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operations in the office and across multiple sites, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.
- Implement and maintain best practices for site management, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Coordinate resources, materials, and schedules to maximise efficiency and productivity.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks to ensure seamless project execution.
- Develop and manage workforce planning strategies to optimise labour allocation.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate site teams to ensure high levels of performance and engagement.
- Monitor staff productivity and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and professional development.
- Develop and manage operational budgets, ensuring cost-effective resource allocation.
- Monitor project expenditures and implement strategies to reduce waste and enhance cost efficiency.
- Provide financial reporting and insights to senior management to support strategic decision-making.
- Identify areas for savings without compromising quality or safety.
- Drive process improvements to enhance operations and service delivery.
- Analyse key performance metrics and customer feedback to implement strategies for ongoing improvement.
- Lead initiatives to enhance operational workflows, reduce downtime, and improve productivity.
- Foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning within the team.
Operations Manager
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years in an Operations/Project Management position within the construction industry.
- Proficiency in project management tools & Microsoft office full suite.
- Experience in hygienic coatings and cladding would be advantageous.
- SSSTS desirable.
- Full UK driving license.
