A 360° marketing role spanning diverse channels, including communications, branding, segmentation, social media, publications, advertising, email marketing, events/webinars, and performance monitoring and reporting.
As the firm’s Marketing Executive, you will work with the Head of Marketing & Business Development and the Senior Marketing & Business Development Executive to help the firm achieve its commercial objectives. The role involves the execution and analysis of marketing campaigns as well as supporting the smooth running of the department.
Communication skills are vital to the role as the Marketing Executive will work with various levels of seniority within the business and externally, including senior partners, employees, internal gatekeepers, local stakeholders and outside agencies.
Candidates with demonstrable digital marketing experience and a desire to grow their skills in this area will thrive in this role.

- Strong organisation skills demonstrated through the planning and delivery of tasks
- A keen eye for detail demonstrated through accuracy and consistency in your work
- Solid oral and written communication skills applied to content creation as well as to managing projects and relationships
- The ability to take instruction on urgent tasks as well as long-term briefs and manage your workload to meet deadlines
- Experience of Microsoft Office products is essential - Outlook, Word, Excel in particular
- Experience of using marketing-related software such as social media management software, email marketing software, website content management systems and graphic design software such as Canva and Adobe design software is an advantage
Website content, maintenance, and monitoring
- Drafting and editing content to enhance user experience and meet SEO goals
- Assisting in the maintenance of the firm’s website and related sites
- Liaising with the digital marketing agency to rectify website issues or to co-ordinate site updates and improvements
- Reporting on website performance
Social media
- Enhancing the firm’s social media presence fresh and relevant content by generating ideas, drafting content, and scheduling posts
- Sourcing or creating images, graphics or videos as appropriate to help make social media posts eye-catching and engaging
- Assisting other employees to draft and upload social media content via their own social media profiles
Email marketing
- Creating email marketing materials and distributing them to an agreed mailing list
- Maintaining the firm’s email marketing database
Research and analysis
- Maintaining competitor analysis information
- Conducting ad hoc online and offline research as required
Events and sponsorships
- Organising events online and offline, for a range of audiences
- Supporting and promoting events, organisations, or activities which are sponsored by the firm for marketing or CSR purposes
Off-line marketing
- Briefing and liaising with designers and printers to produce engaging marketing collateral, including advertisements, brochures and merchandise, as well as creating collateral yourself
Internal communications
- Assisting with activities that support communication to the firm-wide team such as all staff meetings, staff presentations, and the quarterly Managing Partners e-newsletter
Departmental management support
- Undertaking departmental project management and administration tasks such as updating the planner, managing budgets and payments, recording and storing meeting notes/reports
- Diligently following the file structure for the marketing teams’ files
- Being flexible to the needs of the team and the tasks at hand as per the Head of Marketing & Business Development’s direction
- Representing the marketing team with integrity, professionalism, and honesty at all times
Ad hoc support
- Assisting colleagues in the wider firm from time to time as required to help the firm achieve its goals and objectives.

- At least 5 GCSEs at grade 9 to 4 or A* to C, including English and Maths
- Ideally, degree-level education, preferably in marketing or marketing with business studies
- Full driving licence
