The OpportunityOur client is seeking a data-driven Marketing Analyst who will transform marketing performance data into strategic insights that drive business growth. You'll be partnering directly with senior marketing leaders to optimise campaign performance, enhance customer engagement, and maximise marketing ROI.

- Develop customer segmentation models for targeted marketing initiatives
- Manage the Customer Data Platform, ensuring data quality and compliance
- Support ROI analysis across all marketing activities
- Translate complex data insights into actionable business recommendations
- Proven experience in marketing analytics with a focus on performance measurement
- Strong data visualisation skills and ability to communicate insights effectively
- Experience with BI tools (Power BI/MS Fabric preferred)
- Working knowledge of SQL or Python for data manipulation
- Experience with customer segmentation and campaign attribution modelling
- Commercial understanding of marketing analytics in a B2C environment
