- Deburr, dress, and fettle components after machining operations using hand tools, shot blasting machines, and drilling equipment.
- Degrease laminations in preparation for coating or assembly using enclosed solvent degreasing machines.
- Uphold workplace cleanliness and organization by maintaining 5S standards on the shop floor.
- Prior experience in the aerospace sector or a similar high-precision manufacturing environment - desirable
- Strong communication skills with proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
- Capable of following detailed instructions and open to receiving guidance as necessary.
- Committed to maintaining the company’s standard for high-quality parts delivered on schedule.
- Overtime payable at 1.5x hourly rate.
