Are you an experienced and professional Receptionist looking for a part-time opportunity? We are currently seeking a proactive and friendly individual to join a busy team as a Part-Time Receptionist. This role is perfect for someone with 1-2 years of experience in a receptionist or telephonist role, looking to work in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Open and scan incoming mail for distribution.
  • Frank outgoing mail and ensure efficient dispatch.
  • Answer incoming calls professionally and efficiently, ensuring calls are directed to the appropriate person or department.
  • Greet and assist visitors with a friendly, professional demeanor.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of meeting rooms, ensuring they are stocked with necessary supplies.
  • Prepare and serve refreshments for client meetings.
  • Perform general reception duties, including booking couriers and ordering sandwiches.

Skills & Experience:

  • 1-2 years' experience in a Receptionist/Telephonist role.
  • Good working knowledge of MS Office, including Outlook.
  • Excellent communication skills and a professional phone manner.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Friendly and approachable with a positive, can-do attitude.
