- Manage end-to-end payroll processing for a diverse client base across multiple industries.
- Accurately input and maintain payroll records in compliance with RTI regulations.
- Address client payroll queries regarding benefits, expenses, and deductions.
- Process BACS payments, auto-enrolment, and statutory deductions (e.g., student loans, maternity pay).
- Prepare and issue P45s, P60s, and payroll journals while ensuring HMRC compliance.
- Act as the main point of contact for all payroll-related matters.
- Previous experience in payroll administration with exposure to client payrolls.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work within strict deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills for client interaction via phone, email, and video calls.
