- Multi-Entity Payroll Management: Oversee the payroll operations for four entities, ensuring seamless and compliant payroll processing.
- Employee Payroll Processing: Administer payroll for approximately 400 employees, managing both monthly and bi-weekly salary distributions.
- Confidential Payroll Administration: Handle highly sensitive payroll data with utmost confidentiality, including commission calculations and timesheet verifications.
- Data Accuracy & Compliance: Maintain precise payroll records while ensuring compliance with statutory and internal requirements.
- System & Process Optimisation: Identify and implement improvements in payroll processes and systems to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with HR, finance, and other internal teams to resolve payroll-related queries and issues promptly.
- Proven experience as a Payroll Officer or within a similar payroll administration role.
- In-depth knowledge of payroll legislation, processes, and systems.
- Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail to guarantee accuracy in payroll calculations.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
