OverviewThis role oversees the full payroll operations across multiple countries. This key role ensures accurate, compliant, and efficient payroll processing, while maintaining data integrity and collaborating with internal teams. You'll need a strong grasp of global payroll regulations, exceptional organisational skills, and the ability to manage complex payroll scenarios.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the accurate processing of multiple European and UK payrolls, providing support for other regions as needed.
  • Ensure payroll is processed accurately and on time, covering salary calculations, deductions, and statutory contributions.
  • Review payroll inputs such as hours worked, bonuses, commissions, absences, holidays, redundancy, and other leave-related payments.
  • Process pension contributions punctually and support departments to communicate relevant updates.
  • Verify salary sacrifice arrangements for compliance with national minimum wage standards.
  • Ensure compliance with local, regional, and international payroll regulations and tax laws.
  • Resolve queries and provide expert payroll guidance.
  • Collaborate with external teams to ensure seamless data transfer from HR systems to payroll systems.
  • Conduct regular audits to maintain data accuracy and address discrepancies promptly.
  • Manage payroll data integrity, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations and maintaining accurate employee records.
  • Support external audits by providing payroll-related information and data.
  • Work with external advisors to manage tax implications for employees working internationally.
  • Generate detailed payslips with a breakdown of gross pay, deductions, salary sacrifice, and taxes.
  • Timely and accurate payroll processing.
  • Precision in calculations and payments.
