Key Responsibilities:- Plan and deliver engaging English lessons to KS2 pupils, fostering a love for reading, writing, and language.
- Tailor teaching to meet the diverse needs of students, ensuring all abilities are supported and challenged.
- Assess and track student progress, providing regular feedback and support.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to create a positive, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment.
- Contribute to the wider school community and participate in extracurricular activities.
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
- Strong subject knowledge in English and a passion for teaching the subject.
- Experience teaching KS2 is desirable, but ECTs are welcome to apply.
- A commitment to delivering high-quality teaching and learning.
- Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
