Dunbar Education is currently working in partnership with a welcoming and supportive primary school in St Albans that is seeking a dedicated KS2 Teacher for an immediate start. This is a long-term role, offering an exciting opportunity to join a nurturing and high-achieving environment where both staff and pupils thrive.



Role Overview:

  • Plan and deliver engaging and creative lessons in line with the KS2 curriculum
  • Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment
  • Assess, track, and support pupil progress effectively
  • Collaborate with colleagues and contribute to the wider school community
  • Maintain high standards of behaviour and safeguarding practices


Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
  • Experience teaching within KS2 in UK primary schools
  • Strong classroom management skills and a passion for primary education
  • An enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one)
  • Ability to start immediately and commit to a long-term role
