We are partnered with a global pharmaceutical company focused on innovative therapies in neuroscience, oncology, and rare diseases.

The company is seeking a Process Engineer to join them on a hybrid basis, responsible for supporting operations in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and Good Engineering Practice (GEP).
Candidates should have a relevant degree in engineering, and ideally possess experience in GMP manufacturing and project management training, with a salary range of $70,000 to $90,000.
A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience is required, along with professional membership in engineering organizations and familiarity with Lean Six Sigma principles.

TheyarenowlookingforaProcessEngineertojointhemonahybridbasisforthefollowingresponsibilities:

ProvideengineeringtechnicalexpertisetosupporttheoperationsofsiteinaccordancewithGoodManufacturingPractice(GMP)andGoodEngineeringPractice(GEP).
OptimisationofManufacturingandPackagingplantandequipmenttoensurereliabilityandefficiencyintermsofcostandavailability.
Deliverimprovementstoequipmentreliabilityandavailability,maintainingmetricsandKPItodemonstrateperformance.

Requirements:

Relevantdegree(e.g.,chemical,electrical,mechanicalengineering)
EngTech/IEngorworkingtowardsprofessionalstatusideal
ProjectManagementtrainingCAPM/PMQ(orequivalent)ideal
Understanding/traininginLeanSixSigma
Professionalmembership-IMechE,IET,PMI,APM,ISPE(orsimilar)
PracticalexperienceofGMPmanufacturing,packagingprocesses&/orequipmentwithinMHRA/FDAregulatedfacilities.
Demonstrableawarenessofcommissioning,qualification,andvalidationprojectactivities.
